1. Acceptance
By accessing or using AINA, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you use AINA on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
2. Service Description
AINA provides AI-assisted consultancy, document review, chat, retrieval, and workflow tools for FSC and PEFC Chain of Custody and related compliance contexts.
AINA is an independent consultant agent. It is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with FSC International or PEFC Council.
3. Advisory Outputs
AINA outputs are provided for informational and advisory purposes. AI systems can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
- AINA does not replace your certification body, auditor, lawyer, or qualified compliance professional.
- Certification decisions, audit outcomes, label approvals, and legal interpretations remain your responsibility.
- You should verify critical clause references, claims, invoices, and document changes against the official standards and competent authorities.
4. Accounts and Security
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and promptly notify us about unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account or workspace.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans, renewals, invoices, cancellations, and billing details may be handled through Stripe or another payment processor. Prices and plan features may change, but changes will not reduce the current billing period you already paid for unless required by law or product availability.
Free or trial accounts may have time limits, request limits, or feature limits. AINA may require an upgrade to continue after those limits are reached.
6. Uploaded Content
You retain ownership of documents, prompts, chats, and other content you upload or create in AINA. You grant AINA the permissions needed to host, process, analyze, display, store, and transmit that content to provide the service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process content through AINA, including supplier invoices, procedures, audit materials, and customer records.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use AINA to break laws, infringe rights, compromise security, reverse engineer the product, overload infrastructure, upload malware, misrepresent AI outputs as official certification decisions, or process content you are not authorized to use.
8. Intellectual Property
AINA, including its software, design, workflows, branding, and product features, is owned by AINA or its licensors. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
9. Availability and Changes
We aim to keep AINA reliable, but the service may be unavailable, modified, suspended, or discontinued. Features may change as the product improves, standards are updated, or third-party providers change their services.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AINA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, audit findings, certification impacts, or business interruption arising from use of the service.
11. Termination
You may stop using AINA at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the product or other users, fail to pay applicable fees, or if continued service is no longer practical.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as AINA changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of AINA after changes means you accept the updated terms.
