For years, our team worked hands-on in the Chain of Custody business — navigating FSC and PEFC standards, preparing for surveillance audits, untangling clause interpretations, and helping organizations keep their certificates intact.
We saw the same pattern everywhere: the knowledge that keeps a certificate safe was locked inside dense PDFs and a handful of experts. Getting a precise, defensible answer meant waiting, guessing, or risking a non-conformity.
So ChAIn AB built AINA — an assistant grounded in the official FSC and PEFC standard families, designed to give clear, source-cited guidance the way a senior consultant would. Our goal is simple: help businesses stay audit-ready with confidence, not anxiety.
