1. Information We Collect
AINA may collect information you provide directly, information created while using the product, and technical information needed to run the service.
- Account and profile data: name, email address, role, organization, profile image, plan status, and authentication details.
- Workspace data: chat history, prompts, AI responses, uploaded documents, analysis results, onboarding answers, and settings you save.
- Billing data: plan selections, subscription status, invoices, payment status, and billing identifiers processed through Stripe.
- Technical data: device, browser, IP address, logs, usage events, and security signals needed to keep AINA reliable.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to provide AINA, personalize the product to your compliance context, maintain account security, process subscriptions, respond to support requests, improve quality, and meet legal obligations.
Uploaded files and chat content are used to produce FSC and PEFC Chain of Custody guidance, run document review workflows, preserve your history, and support features such as data export.
3. AI Processing
AINA uses AI systems to answer questions, summarize documents, retrieve standard references, and assist with compliance workflows. AI outputs can contain errors and should be reviewed before you rely on them for certification decisions.
We design AINA to use your workspace content for the services you request. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Service Providers
AINA may use trusted service providers for authentication, database hosting, storage, AI processing, analytics, email, billing, and infrastructure. Providers may process data only as needed to perform services for AINA.
5. Security and Retention
We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect your information in transit and at rest. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but access is limited to what is needed to operate and support the product.
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain business records. You may request deletion or export of your personal data through your account tools or by contacting us.
6. Your Choices
You can update profile information in settings, export your personal data and chats where the product supports it, and request account assistance by contacting AINA. Email may be kept as the account identifier and may not be editable directly in settings.
7. International Use
AINA may process information in countries where we or our providers operate. If you use AINA from outside those countries, your information may be transferred and processed there.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as AINA changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
